How do I use a note counter correctly?
Place banknotes neatly in the feeder, press start, and the machine will count automatically.
Do your machines detect counterfeit notes?
Yes. Depending on the model, machines include UV, MG, IR, CIS and other detection features.
What’s the difference between a value counter and a piece/quantity counter?
A piece counter counts the number of notes, while a value counter identifies denominations and calculates the total value.
Can the machines count mixed denominations?
Selected models can. Check the product description or contact our sales team.
What will happen if I put mixed denominations in a piece counter?
Piece counters cannot identify denominations — everything is added to one total.
How do note counters detect counterfeit notes?
They check UV, magnetic, infrared, and other embedded security features.
Do I need to sort coins before using a coin counting machine?
Some models sort automatically; others require pre-sorted coins.
How does a UV counterfeit detector work?
It illuminates security features that glow under UV light.
